A few years ago I was struggling in a big way with an addiction to seeking approval and crippling perfectionism, so hiding away from the spotlight felt safe.

But to stay safe I had to sacrifice the things I deeply yearned for; connection, creativity, leadership, challenge, heart, to be pushed outside of my comfort zone and for my voice to be heard.

Finally, a tipping point came and I decided to see a career coach and be honest about who I was and what I really wanted. It was this conversation that led me to get crystal clear on my values, to truly see my strengths and start setting goals that aligned with my deeper purpose.

In the weeks that followed Red Fox Coaching was born and now I get the privilege of guiding my clients and organisations through those transformative career conversations.
